Deepen your yoga practice with twice daily yoga classes and optional afternoon workshops in our spacious canvas wall shala.  With smooth wood floors and a view of the lake and mountains, this tranquil spot is the perfect place to immerse yourself in your Yoga practice.  We only accept a small group at each retreat. That means class size is small and personalized instruction is offered throughout.

Far from power lines and cell phone range, our eco-friendly boutique cabins are run primarily on solar and wind power, while our vast organic garden and greenhouse provide a large portion of our colourful, fresh meals.  If you appreciate farm to table eating you will love what our chef Tiffany will cook for you. Eating off the land for a week will have you feeling full of vitality.  All three meals a day are prepared with love and shared in a family-style dining space.  Local BC wine pairings offered with every dinner.

In your free time you can take advantage of our 60 plus horses and go for a trail ride. Take one of the stand-up paddleboards out, or just relax next to the crystal clear lake in a hammock in the shade or on a beach chair in the sun. We also have a rustic cordwood sauna in which you can melt away residual stress or tension.
